Weblogic server is not starting up ; error is unable to get file lock

If the weblogic server is not starting up and giving the below error , please follow the below solution :-

Solution 1) remove .lok files and try restart
2) check ps –eaf|grep oracle if there are other startweblogic.sh command is executed . if yes, kill it
3) if still not start , mount nfs with nolock option enabled
4) Check /etc/hosts file , if the ip & hostname is correct.

5) if still not start , reboot the server.
