Many times , some websites/applications/web services doesnt run on some particular version of Internet Explores and the reason being the compatibility of the application/code with the IE version so we can test our application URL by running on IE tester. IETester, using this utility you can run multiple instances of Internet Explorer and view how the Services are rendered in each,
