To start em console of SOA suite

Check the status of "ascontrol" application:
/export/home/oracle/zainsoa/opmn/bin/opmnctl status -app

If it is not "started", start it:
/export/home/oracle/zainsoa /opmn/bin/opmnctl startproc application=ascontrol
