Usually platform id is picked up from the file :


$ORACLE_HOME/inventory/ContentsXML/oraclehomeproperties.xml

To override the value :-

Set :- OPATCH_PLATFORM_ID


export OPATCH_PLATFORM_ID=0

set OPATCH_PLATFORM_ID=0
