1) Chck opmnctl ping command if it is pinging correctly or not.
2) Check if BPEL errors include outofmemory error , if yes, increase memory
3) Delete persistence content and create empty folder as "persistence" in BPEL j2ee container and restart. ( sometimes it happens due to port conflict as well)
4) Check network connectivity , it also happpens due to this also.
